Course Description

Entry Requirements

Students need to play in a school sports team.

Entry is at the discretion of the Director of Rugby.

The purpose of Sports Academy  is to provide the very best possible development opportunities  for our participants in their player development. The course typically covers techniques for tackling, passing, running, and kicking, as well as strategies for attacking and defending on the field. Participants will also learn about the physical and mental demands of playing at a high level, as well as injury prevention and recovery.
