The course covers four areas of study –
• Demonstrate exercise techniques
• Plan a beginner level coaching session for sport
• Conduct and review a beginner level coaching session for sport 
• Demonstrate quality performance of a physical activity



Entry Requirements

Passed 14 or more credits at Level 2 and achieve US21649 & US20673 or at the discretion of the HOD.
